“Two by two, hands of blue.”

I wonder if they ever feel lonely? Since they’re always two of them, they can’t be alone for more than a pee break here or there, but while alone is an external being, lonely is an internal — completely separated from surrounding factors. In space, thrown about here and there with the same co-worker, that must be very frustrating. 

Also, about the toilet visits: do they remove the gloves or do they wash them afterwards?
