I don’t know much about the Joy Formidable. Kevin Fanning posted a video, it was excellent and I was hooked. I know they’re pretty new and don’t have much recordings out there, but the little there is are… Yeah, excellent. If there are any justice in the world left, there will be more records and soon. The eight track isn’t enough, not by a long shot.

They’re already number one on my last.fm for 2009. Probably not if you count non-scrabbable media, but it doesn’t since it’s outside the realm of evil statistics.
