That’s just silly. Too much tea? There is no such thing, unless one runs out of tea — but that rarely happens. Daydreaming though, yeah.

I’ll segway this into the latest thing I’ve been doing. After all that This American Life I had to listen to David Sedaris reading his Holidays On Ice. This being the season and all, and it was brilliant. I lay on my bed and just listened for three hours or so.

It was my father’s belief that nothing built character better than an after-school job. He himself had peddled newspapers and delivered groceries by bobsled, and look at him! My older sister, Lisa, and I decided that if hard work had forged his character, we wanted nothing to do with it. “Thanks but no thanks,” we said.

I laughted alot, but my favorite story was probably Front Row Center with Thaddeus Bristol. It is also a part of the This American Life Episode A Very Special Sedaris Christmas.

Now I need some hot cocoa, I sneeze and I don’t give a damn that it’s 1:45 in the night.
