GPOYW should be a bit more serious than just a picture. I think. And not only a picture, words and shit should be there too. Instead of an indulgence, why not dig deeper and let folks get a bit closer? Yeah, this is me, the one who flinch when someone puts a hand on my shoulder. Anyways, I quite like the new Norah Jones album. Previously she’s bored me to sleep but this one works, yeah, don’t ask my why because I have no clue. Either it’s a better record or I’m getting to old and prefer music that’s “nice.” I hope it’s not the last one, because that would be awful — I’d rather be a Pope, snort cocaine and wear a stupid hat. And I really do not want to be a Pope, that would be nightmare stuffings.

This however, is not one of her songs. This is Northern State and Girl For all Seasons. Because who wouldn’t like to spend the day with some obvious Beastie Boys derivative. I say this with love. Derivative doesn’t have to be bad as long as it’s done with style and own content.
