A bit of yesterdays news, but I still can’t stop drooling over A Kiss from Tokyo by Kevin Dart. It’s sort of a trailer for a fictional movie accompanying the book Seductive Espionage: The World of Yuki 7, of which you can check out some spreads here.
The smart spy look gets me every time and the overall attention for detail is top notch – down to the animated production logo right at the beginning. It also matches Kriesses crush on 60s style illustration pretty well. Now pass me my gin and tonic, if you’d be so kind. Via Kitsune Noir.
Hadn’t seen it before so thanks. While the car chase and the animations and all was really good, that production logo in the beginning got me drooling. So damn good-looking. And the small imperfections made to look like old film? Yikes. Love this down to all it’s pieces.
