The brilliance that is Jeff Magnum (Neutral Milk Hotel), performing “Engine” in the middle of a loud unattentive crowd in Pittsburgh from just this past Saturday complete with hypnotic flashes of light and the sound of a singing saw. There are few things in the world that my ears wish for more than the chance to see Jeff perform live.

Jag har blivit helfast i Land of Talks akustiska skiva L’aventure Acoustique. Den har hela Applause Cheer Boo Hiss och tre till låtar fast då “utan” ström. Hur som helst, den har gått varm i spelaren. Det är något med atmosfären som kommer ur högtalarna, en kombination av Liz Powells röst och hur instrumenten låter. Svårt att förklara, men jag kommer föröka ge mig på det lite...
